Virtual Items & In-App Purchases Policy

1) What we sell

Our products may offer optional in-app purchases, such as virtual currency (e.g., coins) and virtual items/boosts/content (together, “Virtual Items”).

2) No cash value; no redemption

• Virtual Items are licensed for use in the relevant product only and have no cash, monetary, or real-world value.
• Virtual Items are not redeemable for cash, cannot be exchanged for real-world goods outside the product, and cannot be converted into money.

3) Pricing, taxes, and availability

• Prices and available bundles are shown at checkout in the relevant app store or payment flow and may change from time to time.
• Where applicable, taxes/VAT are handled as shown at the point of purchase and on your receipt.
• We may modify, replace, limit, or discontinue Virtual Items or features at any time (subject to applicable law and any statutory rights).

4) Billing and authorisation

• In-app purchases are typically processed by the platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) or our authorised payment processor, and your payment method may be charged immediately upon confirmation.
• You are responsible for all charges, including any unauthorised purchases made through your account/device where you permitted access (e.g., by not using passcodes/parental controls).

5) Chargebacks and disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend or restrict access to the product and/or Virtual Items while the dispute is reviewed. Where a chargeback is upheld, related Virtual Items may be removed or access may be limited to prevent misuse.

6) Refunds and cancellation (GB)

• Platform purchases: refund requests are usually handled by the platform you purchased through and are subject to that platform’s terms.
• Digital content: where Virtual Items are supplied immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that you want immediate supply and that you may lose any statutory cancellation right once delivery begins, as permitted under UK consumer law.
• This policy does not affect your statutory rights (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) where applicable.

7) No transfer or resale

• Virtual Items are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, traded, or exchanged outside permitted in-product mechanics (if any).
• Any attempted transfer, resale, or exploitation may result in removal of Virtual Items and/or account action.
