Playorbitgarden.com is an 18+ service. This policy explains how we check age, what restrictions apply, and how to contact us about underage access.

3) If verification is required: restrictions
If we cannot confirm you are 18+, we may apply restrictions until checks are completed, including: limiting access, preventing account features, blocking purchases, pausing fulfilment, or suspending the account.
4) Suspected underage users
If we suspect a user is under 18 (or information is inconsistent), we may request verification, suspend access, and close the account if underage use is confirmed. We may retain limited records where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, and audit purposes.
5) Data handling
Age checks involve processing personal data. We use the information to meet our legal/compliance obligations and to protect our service. Where third-party verification providers are used, they act as service providers for verification; we do not sell personal data. We keep verification data only as long as necessary and in line with applicable UK data protection law.
6) Parents/guardians: reporting underage access
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed our service, contact us with as much detail as possible (name/username, email used, and any relevant dates). We will review and take appropriate action.
